She is well-known for her theatre work and her role in the role of Chelsea Daniels on the Disney Channel series That's So Raven and its sequel Raven's Home. She recorded a version of the Disney classic Candle on the Water, from Pete's Dragon in 2006, for an issue of Disneymania. Because of her broadway performance as Belle van der Pol recorded various songs featured on the musical's score, including the iconic A Change in Me.
